Perkembangan Teknologi Berbasis Sensor dan IoT dalam Pencegahan Luka Tekan: Sebuah Literature Review

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Luka tekan merupakan komplikasi kritis yang berdampak signifikan pada pelayanan kesehatan sekaligus menjadi indikator sensitif kualitas asuhan keperawatan. Perkembangan teknologi sensor dan IoT mulai menawarkan pemantauan real-time yang lebih akurat, namun mayoritas inovasi saat ini masih terbatas pada fungsi deteksi tanpa adanya mekanisme intervensi otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan teknologi pencegahan luka tekan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan literature review yang mensintesis literatur terkait penggunaan sistem sensor cerdas dan indikator sensitif keperawatan dalam pencegahan luka tekan dengan sumber data dari Scopus, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect (2020-2026). Strategi pencarian menggunakan kata kunci kombinasi Boolean. Seleksi artikel dilakukan melalui screening dengan kriteria inklusi eksklusi kemudian dianalisis secara tematik Hasil: Pengembangan kasur pintar (adaptive smart mattress) yang mengintegrasikan sensor tekanan, suhu, dan kelembaban dengan mekanisme penyesuaian tekanan otomatis menjadi solusi pencegahan luka tekan. Teknologi ini mampu mengurangi ketergantungan pada faktor manusia, menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik klinis, serta mengoptimalkan indikator mutu pelayanan keperawatan melalui pencegahan cedera jaringan yang lebih presisi dan berkelanjutan. Simpulan: Pengembangan sistem pencegahan pressure injury memerlukan transformasi menuju sistem proaktif dan adaptif. Inovasi kasur pintar berbasis sensor yang mampu melakukan penyesuaian tekanan secara otomatis dan terintegrasi dengan IoT menjadi solusi krusial untuk meminimalisir kesalahan manusia (human error) serta meningkatkan keselamatan pasien.
