Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official JANHSI template (Microsoft Word format).

Before submitting your manuscript to the Journal of Advanced Nursing and Health Systems Innovation (JANHSI), please ensure that your submission complies with the following requirements. The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal. All authors must have read and approved the final version of the manuscript and agreed to its submission.

All figures and tables should be cited appropriately within the manuscript. High-resolution figures may be uploaded separately in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or EPS format when required, while editable tables may be submitted separately in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel format if necessary.

Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or declined without external peer review.
Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening will be assigned to qualified reviewers and evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. The Editorial Office may request additional information or supporting documents during the review process whenever necessary.
Authors may monitor the progress of their submission through the journal's online submission system. Editorial decisions, including acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection, will be communicated to the corresponding author through the online system and by email, together with reviewers' comments where applicable.
Accepted manuscripts will proceed to copyediting, layout editing, proofreading, author approval of page proofs, and final publication. The publication timeline may vary depending on the duration of the peer-review process, the quality of revisions submitted by the authors, and the journal's publication schedule.
The Articles section publishes high-quality scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of nursing, healthcare, hospital management, public health, and health systems innovation. The journal welcomes original research, systematic reviews, scoping reviews, meta-analyses, case reports, short communications, evidence-based practice reports, quality improvement reports, and concept analyses that provide meaningful scientific contributions to clinical practice, education, research, and healthcare management.
