Focus and Scope

The Journal of Advanced Nursing and Health Systems Innovation (JANHSI) is dedicated to publishing innovative and impactful research that advances nursing practice and strengthens health systems globally. The journal focuses on:

  • Promoting innovation in nursing education, practice, and leadership.

  • Exploring transformative approaches to healthcare systems, governance, and public policy.

  • Bridging the gap between research, policy, and practice to address global health challenges.

  • Encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration across nursing, health management, technology, and public health.

Scope

JANHSI welcomes original research articles, reviews, and scholarly work in the following areas (but not limited to):

  • Nursing Science and Practice: clinical nursing, community nursing, advanced nursing practice, nursing education, and workforce development.

  • Health Systems and Policy: health service organization, governance models, healthcare financing, and evidence-informed policymaking.

  • Healthcare Management: hospital and health service administration, leadership strategies, quality improvement, and organizational behavior in healthcare.

  • Digital Health and Innovation: telehealth, e-health, health informatics, AI applications in healthcare, and technology-enabled care models.

  • Public and Global Health: health promotion, disease prevention, primary healthcare, and global health interventions.

  • Patient Safety and Outcomes: care quality, safety protocols, and patient-centered innovations and evaluations.

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: integration of nursing with medicine, allied health professions, social sciences, and health technology to enhance healthcare systems.
