SBAR-Connect: Aplikasi Digital untuk Manajemen dan Resolusi Konflik Tim Keperawatan

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Konflik dalam tim keperawatan sering terjadi karena komunikasi tidak efektif dan bisa berdampak pada penurunan kualitas pelayanan serta keselamatan pasien, sehingga memerlukan komunikasi terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas metode komunikasi Situation Background Assessment Recommendation (SBAR) guna meningkatkan manajemen konflik tim melalui kajian pustaka sistematis. Metode: Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelusuran literatur di berbagai basis data elektronik dengan kriteria tertentu pada rentang tahun 2023 hingga 2026, sehingga diperoleh 13 artikel yang dianalisis. Hasil: Hasil kajian menunjukan pelatihan komunikasi berbasis SBAR secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan, percaya diri, serta menurunkan kesalahan klinis yang dapat memicu konflik. Komunikasi yang lebih sistematis mampu mengurangi miskomunikasi dan meningkatkan kerjasama tim. Simpulan: Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa metode SBAR efektif sebagai strategi dalam manajemen keperawatan, tetapi keberhasilannya dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu dan dukungan organisasi sehingga dibutuhkan implementasi berkelanjutan
