Efektivitas Program Well-Being Digital Bagi Perawat Dalam Mengurangi Kelelahan Kerja: Literature Review

Abstract

Latar Belakang: kelelahan kerja pada perawat merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi akibat beban kerja fisik, emosional, dan psikologis yang tinggi sehingga berdampak pada penurunan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Perkembangan teknologi menghadirkan program kesejahteraan berbasis digital sebagai inovasi untuk membantu mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program kesejahteraan digital dalam mengurangi kelelahan kerja pada perawat. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan desain tinjauan pustaka dengan penelusuran artikel pada beberapa basis data, yaitu Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate, PubMed, Springer Nature, dan ProQuest, dengan batasan tahun publikasi 2021 hingga 2026 serta seleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil: hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis digital mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan resiliensi serta membantu menurunkan tingkat kelelahan kerja perawat, meskipun efektivitasnya bervariasi bergantung pada jenis dan durasi intervensi. Simpulan: Program kesejahteraan digital memiliki potensi sebagai solusi inovatif yang fleksibel dan mudah diakses dalam mendukung kesehatan mental perawat, serta berkontribusi dalam pengembangan intervensi berbasis teknologi dalam praktik keperawatan; namun masih diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk memastikan efektivitas jangka panjang.
