Archiving Policy
Oncology Network for Comprehensive Outcomes (ONCO) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, security, and accessibility of all published scholarly content.
1. Digital Preservation
ONCO collaborates with permanent digital archiving services such as LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, and/or Portico to ensure that all journal content—including article files and metadata—remains محفوظ and accessible, even in the event that the journal ceases publication.
2. Internal Archiving System
All published content is securely stored within the publisher-managed Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, supported by regular backup procedures to prevent data loss.
3. Author Self-Archiving
ONCO permits and encourages authors to deposit the published version of their articles (Version of Record) in:
-
Institutional repositories (universities, hospitals, or research institutions).
-
Authors’ personal websites or academic networking platforms (e.g., ResearchGate and Academia.edu).
-
Relevant subject-based repositories within the oncology and health sciences fields.
4. Long-Term Access
This archiving policy ensures that all articles published by ONCO remain permanently accessible to the global scholarly community and the public without time limitations.
