Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy
Oncology Network for Comprehensive Outcomes is a fully Open Access journal. To support operational sustainability, global dissemination, and long-term digital archiving, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to authors or their supporting institutions.
1. Fee Details

The APC covers:

Article production, including layout design, XML conversion, and metadata optimization.

Journal hosting and long-term digital archiving, including permanent DOI registration.

International promotion and indexing to enhance the global impact and visibility of the published research.
2. Waiver Policy
We believe that financial constraints should not prevent the publication of high-quality research. Therefore, APC waivers may be granted to:

Authors from low-income countries, in accordance with World Bank classifications.

Researchers or students who can provide evidence of limited research funding.
Requests for APC waivers must be submitted at the manuscript submission stage through a formal request addressed to the Editor-in-Chief.
3. Payment Method
Payment instructions will be provided together with the Letter of Acceptance (LoA). Payments can be made via international bank transfer or through official digital payment platforms designated by the journal.
