MINDS Journal upholds high standards of publication ethics in accordance with the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All parties involved in the publication process—editors, reviewers, and authors—are required to adhere to the following ethical standards:
Authors’ Responsibilities

Refrain from submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously

Editors’ Responsibilities
