MINDS Journal does not charge any submission fees. However, upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 23 or IDR 350,000 to support the editorial process, peer review, and online publication.

APC waivers are granted to:

1. Authors collaborating with MINDS partners

2. Invited authors for special issues
