Breast and cervical cancers are the leading causes of cancer morbidity in Indonesia. In Beji Timur, the IVA-test screening coverage is only 29.5%, while general early detection for breast and cervical cancer reaches only 19%. This low awareness increases the risk of late-stage diagnoses, which are significantly harder to treat. The "Ngobrol Pintar (NGOPI)" innovation project aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of Women of Childbearing Age (WCA) regarding the importance of early detection through education and peer-experience sharing. This project utilizes an interactive educational approach and group discussions. The target participants were 30 women in the Beji Timur area. Evaluation was conducted by comparing participants' understanding before and after the intervention. The "NGOPI" activity is expected to improve health literacy regarding both self-examination and medical screening procedures. Interaction with community health workers (kader) and survivors is intended to reduce the stigma and anxiety associated with early examinations. Community-based education through interactive dialogue is effective in encouraging screening participation. Enhancing access to information through emotional and cognitive engagement is key to reducing breast and cervical cancer fatality rates at the community level.
