The Innovative Horizons in Care and Community Journal (IHCCJ) is a fully Open Access, peer-reviewed journal committed to the unrestricted dissemination of high-quality scientific knowledge. The journal believes that immediate and free access to research promotes the global exchange of knowledge, enhances scholarly collaboration, and accelerates scientific discovery and innovation.

All published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription or access barriers.

1. Immediate and Unrestricted Access

IHCCJ provides immediate, permanent, and unrestricted access to all published content.

Readers worldwide may:

Read articles free of charge.
Download, copy, print, and distribute published content.
Search and link to the full text of articles.
Use articles for lawful educational, research, and professional purposes.

No registration, subscription, or payment is required to access journal content.

2. Creative Commons License

All articles published in IHCCJ are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Under this license, users are permitted to:

Share, copy, and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the material.
Use the material for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

These permissions are granted provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any modifications are clearly indicated.

3. Copyright

Authors retain the copyright of their published work.

Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant IHCCJ a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, distribute, and promote the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Authors are free to reuse, distribute, and archive their published work, provided that the original publication in IHCCJ is properly acknowledged.

4. Article Processing Charge (APC)

IHCCJ does not charge any fees for:

Manuscript submission.
Initial editorial assessment.
Peer review.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

The APC supports editorial management, copyediting, DOI registration, online publication, digital archiving, website maintenance, and long-term preservation of published articles.

Current APC:

Indonesian Authors: IDR 350,000 per accepted manuscript.
International Authors: USD 25 per accepted manuscript.

No payment is requested prior to the editorial acceptance decision.
